This product is a low foaming acid cleaner and descaler for all types of milking machines It Is also an excellent general cleaner for the food industry. Being a high grade, heavy-duty product it can be ideally used in milking machines and CIP systems.

Method of Application

a) Milking Equipment: Clean all equipment with the  chlor alkali powder. Making sure that the equipment is thoroughly rinsed and drained prior to using Acid Clean- H. Use between 50 and 80ml per 10 litres of water at a temperature of 40C, depending on water hardness. Circulate for 15 minutes and drain well and rinse.

b) Use 80ml per 10 litres to wash cleaning equipment and rinse well.

Toxicology and First Aid

Safety apparel is recommended when mixing the product, namely gloves and face shield. Should eye contact occur, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice. Skin contact may cause burning and washing with water immediately is strongly recommended. Should the product be ingested – do not induce vomiting. Drink milk and seek medical attention.
